TITLE CLERK

Location North Fort Worth, TX | Onsite (Alliance Area)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay range: $21.00 per hour

• Full-time, contract position

• Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm

ROLE IMPACT

The Title Clerk supports the client’s financial services operations by ensuring accurate processing of automotive title documents and related customer transactions. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with state and company regulations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely title resolution for both consumer and commercial accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and resolve title exceptions, including state-to-state transfers, name changes, and lease-to-loan conversions.

• Verify and update customer account information accurately within internal systems.

• Communicate professionally with customers and internal departments to resolve title, billing, or tax discrepancies.

• Fulfill documentation requests received via phone, email, or fax in accordance with company and state policies.

• Maintain records in compliance with data integrity and privacy standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in automotive title processing, lien release, or DMV documentation.

• Working knowledge of state title requirements and vehicle registration processes.

• Strong organizational and data entry skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to handle escalations professionally.

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Title and registration platforms (e.g., CVR, Dealertrack, or equivalent)

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• CRM or financial servicing systems used for title management

• Multi-channel communication systems (phone, email, fax)

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with automotive finance or captive finance organizations.

• Familiarity with tax and lien release procedures for vehicle transactions.

• Ability to manage high-volume title work within strict deadlines.
