Quick Lube Manager
We are looking to hire a Store manager for our quick lube operation in Austin TX.
Busy Automotive Lube Facility seeking a responsible, sales driven, team leading, commission hungry individual. Job Details:- Manager would assist customers and technicians with efficient service checks, fluid services, filter exchange, and scheduled maintenance.
- Facility services cars, trucks, fleets, motorcycles, diesel or gas vehicles.
- Managers are expected to work 5 to 6 days (50+ hours a week)
Duties include:
- Experience in the lube business with a management background is a must.
- Greeting and assisting customers.
- Performing oil changes and other automotive maintenance functions.
- Performing mechanical work is a plus and is compensated with additional pay.
- Team sharing and ability to work with fellow team members.
- Inspecting vehicles, entering data into the point-of-sale computer, and conducting basic vehicle maintenance.
- A state inspection license is a plus.
