Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is responsible for managing sales documentation, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining accurate customer records, and assisting with order processing. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain and update customer accounts, contact information, and sales records in CRM systems

• Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and presentations for management

• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses

• Coordinate with the sales team, logistics, and other departments to ensure on-time delivery of products or services

• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and promotional materials

• Track inventory levels and liaise with the warehouse or supply chain teams when needed

• Support sales team with scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing calendars

• Monitor and follow up on pending quotes, payments, and documentation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

• Proven experience in sales administration, sales support, or customer service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
