A rapidly growing nephrology group in the heart of West Texas is hiring Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants) to join their expanding team. This specialty clinic provides comprehensive, compassionate, evidence-based care for patients with kidney-related conditions and they’re ready to welcome their next APPs to the team.
As part of a nationwide, provider-centered network focused on elevating kidney care, this practice prioritizes clinical excellence, collaboration, and empowering providers to deliver the best outcomes for their patients.

What Your Day May Include
This role offers a balanced schedule in an outpatient specialty setting with no call duties and flexibility around weekends. You will work alongside experienced nephrologists and APPs who prioritize mentorship and teamwork.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Applicants should have:
A master’s degree from an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program
Strong competencies in advanced health assessment, diagnosis, clinical decision-making, and pharmacotherapeutics
Ability to take thorough medical histories, perform physical exams, evaluate health status, and develop care plans
Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that improves patient outcomes
Skill in documenting medical information accurately and confidentially
Benefits
Starting base salary: $100,000–$150,000
Eight company-paid holidays
