About the Role Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a passionate and experienced Area Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations across assigned communities in the Longview/Tyler region. This leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a culture of compassion across all facilities. The Area Director partners closely with facility Administrators, providing mentorship, strategic direction, and operational support while driving performance in all key areas — from financial and staffing to resident satisfaction. This is a “road warrior” position – candidates must be available to travel 4–5 days per week throughout the Longview/Tyler area. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
• Current Texas LNFA license (Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator) – required
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing multiple long-term care facilities
• Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing facility regulations
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and build operational success
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Must reside in or near the Longview/Tyler area

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to Administrators and interdisciplinary teams across assigned facilities
• Ensure compliance with company standards, state and federal regulations, and resident care expectations
• Monitor facility operations, budgets, and financial performance to drive sustained growth
• Develop, coach, and evaluate facility leadership to ensure accountability and excellence
• Collaborate with Corporate and Regional teams to implement initiatives, support marketing efforts, and build census
• Oversee resident and family satisfaction efforts, resolving concerns proactively
• Facilitate quality assurance, safety, and staff development programs
• Maintain a strong presence within the communities through frequent onsite visits and engagement with staff and residents
