Position Summary
We’re hiring a part-time, on-site Assistant to support our E-Commerce Director. This 1099 contractor role is ideal for someone with Shopify experience, attention to detail, and a passion for tactical gear. You’ll help maintain our online store, coordinate with internal teams, and assist with e-commerce operations. Flexible hours with room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with Shopify Store Management

• Update products, inventory, tags, and collections.
• Write and optimize product descriptions with SEO best practices.
• Assist with launches and site updates.

Inventory Coordination

• Verify inventory sync accuracy across platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date SKUs, stock levels, and product data.

App Management & Technical Support

• Manage Shopify apps and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate with developers and app support as needed.
• Assist with Liquid and CSS code tasks or relay needs to dev team.
• Collaborate with media, design, and CRO teams.
• Support reporting and small e-commerce projects.

Requirements

• Shopify admin and app experience.
• Familiarity with SEO, product page layout, and metadata.
• Strong communication skills and technical coordination.
• Detail-oriented and confident working with spreadsheets.
• Reliable, self-managed, and deadline-driven.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Shopify store customization and Liquid code
• Amazon Seller Central, Facebook Ads, Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Mailchimp.
• Tactical gear knowledge or prior e-commerce industry experience.
• Military background or related interests.

• 1099 contractor, ~10–20 hours/week to start.
