HR/Administrative Support

Position Summary:

Are you experienced in HR/Administrative Support residing near Gunter, Texas or in the surrounding communities and tired of a long commute? We have an opportunity for an Administrative Support position for a growing company located in Gunter, Texas. This is a great opportunity for an individual who thrives in a smaller environment and enjoys providing support to an assigned administrative team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Maintains database by entering new hire and rehire information.
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
  • Establishes entry priorities.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains high level of confidentiality and protect employee private information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
  • Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
  • Input text-based and numerical information from source documents.
  • Provide administrative and filling support.
  • Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors.
  • Assist with special projects in the office.
  • Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Type in data quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred or 2 years work experience equivalent.
  • Bilingual Desired
  • Paycom Experience a plus, but not required - training will be provided.
  • Strong proficiency utilizing MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills including interacting with co-workers and operations management team via phone, TEAMS, and email.
  • Ability to be flexible and step in to help in other areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
