Location Plano, TX | Hybrid (1–2 days onsite weekly, subject to change)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $44/hr

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT

• W2 Contract (12 months, possible extension)

ROLE IMPACT: Join a leading IT portfolio team within a globally recognized automotive brand. As Financial Coordinator, you'll drive financial alignment and transparency across strategic tech initiatives. Your role will directly influence cost optimization and ensure fiscal accountability by managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support IT portfolio planning by preparing reports and presenting to executive stakeholders

• Coordinate and submit annual/mid-term plans and forecasts for assigned portfolio

• Analyze data and recommend cost-saving opportunities aligned with operational goals

• Prepare journal entries, reclassifications, and financial variance analysis

• Partner with Finance and IT leaders to ensure consistent fiscal oversight and communication

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas

• Strong communication and executive presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams
