Personal Injury Case Manager

As a Personal Injury Case Manager , you'll be the voice of reassurance and the engine that keeps our cases moving forward. From intake to settlement, you’ll help ensure no detail is missed, and every client gets the care and attention they deserve. This is more than a job, it’s a mission.
Key Responsibilities of our Personal Injury Case Manager
- Organizing and managing all aspects of client case files
- Monitoring clients’ cases and corresponding with clients
- Coordinating with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties integral to our process
- Filing claims and managing appointments for the caseload
- Gathering, tracking, and recording client data
Preferred Skills and Qualifications of our Personal Injury Case Manager
- A bachelor’s degree is required
- Candidates must currently live in the DFW area
- At least 5-10 years of experience in Personal Injury is required
- Ability to effectively manage tasks and work within deadlines
- Professional and friendly demeanor, great attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask
