Accounts Payable Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced person to join our support team in San Antonio. The position is Accounts Payable Specialist . Typical AP duties include bill paying, reconciling various accounts, daily bank transfers, managing vendors in QuickBooks, compliance management of insurance certificates, W-9's, lien waivers etc...
Office Administration type responsibilities include managing Post Office & Fed Ex related items, managing office equipment and various annual renewals such as auto registrations and alarm permits.
*Pay will be determined based on experience
Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years AP related experience.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to work closely with all areas of the operation as well as upper levels of multiple third party providers.
