Front Office Coordinator for Outpatient PT practice Location San Antonio, TX :

PYRAMID PHYSICAL THERAPY & PILATES, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, friendly, compassionate personality to join our team as front office coordinator in our small outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an atmosphere that emphasizes quality patient care, service, compassion and customer satisfaction. We are a small outpatient Physical therapy practice with a specialization in Pilates for Rehabilitation. We deliver one-on- one care and offer a fun, family oriented atmosphere where we take pride in our exceptional patient care and results oriented reputation. Duties and Responsibilities

o Answer phones and respond to voicemails in a timely manner

o Schedule new and established patients/clients

o Keep waiting area and front office clean and organized

o Build and maintain a digital patient chart through our EMR (WebPT)

o Ensure all intake forms are completed and are recorded/scanned into the designated patient chart

o Preform insurance verifications and obtain authorizations

o Manage collection of all payments

o Type/create new files in word and/or excel

o Data entry (patient charts, referral statuses, payments, etc.)

o File, fax, and scan documents accordingly

o Customer service skills (pleasant personality, excellent phone etiquette, etc.)

o Communicate with new and established patients/clients

o Communicate with doctors/office staff

Other duties as assigned.

Desired Experience and Education

-Associate's Degree or higher preferred-At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role preferred but not required

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.)or equivalent technology.

-Knowledge of health insurance is preferred but not required

-Personable and ability to build rapport with patients

-Strong ability to multi-task

-Attention to detail is a MUST

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
