Field Roof Inspector (Independent Contractor) - Deployment Opportunities Nationwide

We are expanding our network of independent Field Roof Inspectors for deployment opportunities nationwide. This opportunity is ideal for field professionals seeking a flexible, project-based way to generate revenue without involvement in claim decision-making.

If you prefer working in the field, managing your own workload, and completing straightforward inspections, this role offers a simple, repeatable process with consistent opportunity.

Scope of Work:
- Perform on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties, including:
• Steep and high roofs (primary focus)
• Exterior property assessments
• Interior inspections, as needed
- Capture photos, measurements, and detailed documentation
- Submit completed inspection reports in accordance with client guidelines

Ideal Contractor Profile:
- Ability and willingness to safely access and inspect steep and high roofs
- Comfortable working in varied weather and field conditions
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Professional and responsive when interacting with property owners
- Operates with an independent, self-managed approach to field work
- All assigned inspections must be completed by the contracted inspector (no subcontracting or reassignment)

Contractor Requirements:
- Reliable Truck, Van, or SUV capable of transporting a 32’ ladder
- Ladder (32’) and standard inspection equipment
- Lidar-capable device (iPad Pro, iPhone 12 Pro or newer, or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to obtain any required certifications or credentials
- HAAG Certification is a plus
- Roofing, construction, or insurance field experience is beneficial but not required
