Connect Staffing is now hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates with forklift experience for a growing warehouse in Sunnyvale, TX, specializing in promotional items.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements for Shipping & Receiving Clerk:

• 2 years of forklift experience required (stand-up or sit-down)
• 3+ years of Shipping and Receiving experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. safely and repeatedly.
• Basic computer and scanning skills for inventory tracking.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player.
• Willingness to take on a variety of shipping/receiving tasks.
• Experience in roles such as Warehouse Associate, Forklift Operator, Shipping Clerk, Receiving Clerk, Material Handler, or Order Picker is a plus!

Responsibilities of the Shipping and Receiving Clerk:

• Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
• Accurately label, sort, and store products in designated areas.
• Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred, but training may be provided).
• Manually lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
