- Strong hardware support: General troubleshooting and setup of desktops, laptops, printers, handhelds, and other peripheral devices set-ups.
- Strong operating support experience, including Microsoft Windows XP through Windows 10 and Apple OSX
- Software support: Microsoft Office 365 and other custom software.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 administration applications
- Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange /Active Directory
- Solid interpersonal skills - Professional and personable, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good troubleshooting skills - software and hardware
- Self-motivated - start and follow-through
- Ability to quickly learn, utilize and train others on unfamiliar software
- Strong focus on customer service
- Prefer 1 year of help desk experience with end user hardware, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, and active directory.
- Experience with setup and maintenance of PC’s and laptops
- Experience with onboarding and offboarding employees
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- CompTIA A+ and MCSE preferred.
