Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Irving, TX. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Provides support for monitoring and processing alarms received within the Central Monitoring Station (CMS).
• Receives, processes, and dispatches emergency calls to the responsible agency or customer contacts.
• Provides outstanding customer service by receiving calls from customers who need service or information reference on their accounts.
• Acknowledges alarms received and dispatches appropriate personnel for the issue at hand.
• After dispatch, logs call into the system activity report.
• Generate statistical or investigative reports for management.
• Continuously monitor the alarm signal queue and prioritized response.
• Document all calls with appropriate resolution codes and notes.
• Provide quality customer service on every call.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and agencies.
• Manage the length of calls.
• Attend monthly training sessions.
• Review and critique recorded conversations to improve customer interaction skills.
• Exercise good listening skills.

Here's what you'll get:

• Pay rate: $18.00/Hour.
• Hours: 40 Hours/Week 1 st Shift
• Length: Temp (11 Months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Alarm monitoring experience.
• Any certified training or knowledge of Access Control, Fire, and Burglary systems.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures.
• Prior experience in a security call center
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows (Word) and the internet.
• Advanced Conceptual Design (ACD) knowledge
• Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate over the telephone.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a dynamic fast fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other similar applications.
