Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Plano, Texas 75075
• Healthcare Setting: Interventional Radiology – 3 advanced suites
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: July 24, 2025
• End Date: October 23, 2025
• Nursing Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, 8-hour days
• Hours per Week: 40
• On-Call: Rotating call, average 13 days/month including 1-2 weekends
• Dress Code: Steel grey scrubs
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2250 - $2310

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license (Texas or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Interventional Radiology RN experience
• Neuro interventional nursing experience required
• Level 1 or Level 2 trauma RN experience required
• Experience with Meditech EMR and Phillips equipment preferred
• VI registry certification preferred
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and clinical support skills
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation and work collaboratively

Interventional Radiology Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Interventional Radiology suite
• Assist with neuro interventional procedures (thrombectomies, coilings, MMA s, spinal angiograms)
• Support IR body cases (g-tubes, biopsies, PCNs, Mediports, TIPS)
• Participate in trauma angiograms (spleen, liver, GDA, renal)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including RNs and technologists
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech and GE Centricity PACS
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotation
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
