Responsibilities: • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • Close Sales Qualifications: • Organized and manages time effectively • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Tech savvy • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Real estate license About Company: As a team, Kindred Real Estate did over $54 million in gross sales in 2022.
