Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in McKinney, TX. The Associate Attorney will:

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and drafting documents
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Attend hearings, mediations, and client meetings
• Review and organize case files and evidence
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence
• Collaborate with a team that values mentorship, teamwork, and professional development
• Learn the practical side of law while building confidence in your courtroom and client-facing skills

What We're Looking For

• Experience in conducting in-depth Legal Research and analyzing complex legal issues
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on clear and direct client communication
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law in Texas
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-moving environment
• Someone who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
