Job Description:

A well-established, high-producing family dental practice just 35 minutes from North Austin is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Dentist to join its clinician-led team. The role focuses on providing comprehensive pediatric care, including restorations, SSCs, pulp therapy, extractions, and space maintainers. Ideal candidates should be confident working independently and able to integrate quickly into a busy practice. This practice offer a competitive compensation package with a guaranteed base of $20K/month or 37% adjusted production (whichever is higher), potential sign-on bonus, malpractice and full health benefits, PTO, and immediate H1B & Green Card sponsorship if needed. This modern, fully digital office is supported by a friendly, skilled team, creating a collaborative and patient-focused environment. Additionally, this Pediatric Dentist will receive referrals from 9 established practices, ensuring a strong and consistent patient base.
