- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business litigation or related fields.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
