Influencer Marketing Coordinator
Giant Noise is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of creator-led marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role partners closely with the Director of Influencer Marketing to assist with the day-to-day coordination of influencer programs, helping ensure timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance goals stay on track.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone early in their influencer marketing career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute within a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment. The Influencer Marketing Coordinator supports creator sourcing and coordination, campaign logistics, content approvals, commerce initiatives, and performance tracking—while gaining exposure to strategy and optimization along the way.
What You’ll Do
- Support the execution of influencer campaigns across multiple clients in close partnership with the Director of Influencer Marketing
- Assist with creator sourcing, outreach, coordination, and relationship management for paid and affiliate-based campaigns
- Coordinate campaign logistics including assisting with contracts, timelines, content tracking, approvals, and deliverable management
- Track campaign KPIs, performance metrics, and budgets, flagging insights, issues, and opportunities for optimization
- Communicate directly with creators, influencer agencies, and partners to support smooth execution and positive working relationships
- Coordinate internally with paid media and account teams to ensure influencer content aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
- Assist with campaign reporting by compiling performance data, screenshots, and insights for internal and client-facing updates
- Stay informed on influencer and social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, particularly across TikTok and Instagram
- Maintain and update campaign trackers, status sheets, and weekly reporting documents for internal use
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent relations, or related fields (agency, brand-side, and/or relevant internship experience; personal brand management alone does not qualify)
- Strong comfort working in spreadsheets, trackers, and shared documents (Google Sheets/Excel), with the ability to organize large amounts of information accurately and consistently
- Exceptional attention to detail—you notice missing links, incorrect handles, late deliverables, and misaligned timelines before they become issues
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and deadline-driven with a natural tendency to keep things clean, clear, and up to date
- Confident managing multiple campaigns, creators, and timelines at once without dropping details
- Interest in influencer performance metrics, budgets, and reporting, with comfort reviewing data and flagging trends or discrepancies
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when coordinating logistics with creators, agencies, and internal teams
- A proactive, Type-A mindset: you enjoy checklists, systems, follow-ups, and keeping projects moving forward
Bonus Skills
- Exposure to affiliate and creator-led commerce initiatives, including TikTok Shop and performance-driven creator programs
- Familiarity with creator whitelisting and paid amplification of influencer content
- Basic understanding of how influencer content supports paid media and broader performance marketing efforts
