Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products and services. You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify and report any issues or bugs, and help to improve our overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements

- Identify, report, and track bugs and issues using bug tracking tools

- Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve issues and improve product quality

- Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved

- Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications

- Create and maintain test documentation and reports

- Participate in product design and review meetings to provide input on potential quality issues

- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new testing tools and techniques

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

- Experience with manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus
