Responsibilities

• Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Engage with customer leads through cold calling and other outreach methods.
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to maintain a positive relationship.
• Attend company-sponsored events to expand your network.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the agreed schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze market potential, track sales, and status reports.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned.
• Stay informed of best practices and promotional trends.
• Contribute to a positive company culture.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a sales representative, including cold calling.
• Logistics experience required.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
